x§ 1 Information about the seller; scope of application

2. These terms and conditions apply to sales contracts between the seller and customers with delivery addresses in the European Union and Switzerland.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract; Storage of contract/order data
1. The contract is concluded in German.
2. The seller's presentation of the product offering on the Internet does not constitute a legally binding offer, but is merely to be understood as an invitation to the customer to make a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded according to the following conditions: a. You submit your contract offer with your order in the online shop. When ordering in the online shop, you must click on the “Buy” button after checking and confirming the entries for the ordered goods and after entering your personal data, including information on the method of payment, as well as checking and, if necessary, correcting your entries. b. We accept your contract offer by delivering the ordered goods. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. This order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance.
3. You can and should save these General Terms and Conditions and any other order/contract data that may have been sent with the order confirmation and/or print them out using the “Print” button. The order/contract data is stored by us. If you lose your order/contract data, we will be happy to send you a copy of your order/contract data upon request.
§ 3 Cancellation policy
1. Right of withdrawal
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, SMS, email, etc.). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in a timely manner.

send back. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, but not any shipping costs. If you have already worn the shoes, an appropriate deduction will be made from the purchase price to be refunded.
§ 4 Order number
In order to ensure that your return is processed smoothly and to speed up the returns processing process, it is advisable to provide it with the order number from the purchase process when returning your package. The order number enables the return process to run smoothly.
§ 5 Delivery, prices, shipping costs, fees
1. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be dispatched from the warehouse to the specified delivery address • in the case of advance transfer, promptly up to a maximum of 3 working days from receipt of payment, provided that a clear assignment to the order is possible based on the data provided during the transfer, or • When paying by credit card, promptly up to a maximum of 3 working days from the credit card being debited. Delivery is carried out by Österreichische Post AG or by a parcel service provider.
2. If the goods you ordered are not available and the contract with you has not yet been concluded, we reserve the right to offer you goods of equivalent price and quality. You are free to accept or reject this offer. If the contract has already been concluded, both parties to the contract can withdraw from the contract if the ordered goods are not available. In the event of withdrawal, we will immediately inform you of the unavailability and immediately reimburse any consideration you have already provided.
3. There are costs for shipping and packaging the ordered goods (hereinafter: shipping costs), unless otherwise specified (e.g. as part of so-called shipping free promotions). The shipping costs stated in the product presentation and/or offer description apply.
4. All prices stated in these terms and conditions and in our online shop include the applicable statutory VAT.
§ 6 Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
§ 7 Liability
The seller has unlimited liability for damage to a person (injury to life, body or health). For other damages, in particular property damage and pure financial losses, the seller is only liable for grossly negligent or intentionally culpable behavior. With regard to property damage, however, liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded.
§ 8 Payment conditions
1. You must generally pay for the ordered goods in advance (advance payment). The seller provides you with various payment options to process your order: a. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, payment to the deliverer is made exclusively in cash. Cash on delivery fees of EUR 6.75 must be paid to the deliverer. b. If you order in the online shop, you can transfer the payment amount to our account in advance. You will receive the account details required for the advance transfer in text form, for example by email. There are no transaction costs for the advance transfer. After receipt of payment, we will immediately arrange for the ordered goods to be delivered to you. c. If you pay by credit card, the invoice amount will be debited from your credit card account immediately after your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. There are no credit card fees when ordering from the online shop. After receipt of the payment confirmation, we will immediately arrange for the ordered goods to be delivered to you.
2. To protect against the risk of payment defaults, if there are reasonable doubts about your solvency or creditworthiness, we reserve the right to carry out or refuse a delivery only against advance payment by bank transfer. 3. The buyer can only offset claims that are undisputed, legally established or expressly recognized by the seller.
§ 9 Data protection
1. The seller saves the order data required to process the contract (name, address and your email address, if you have provided them, for example when ordering in the online shop). If necessary, the data required for shipping goods (name, address) will be passed on to our contractual partner (logistics company) for the purpose of shipping goods. For internal order control, we also store the necessary data, such as the time of your order and the date of delivery to you.
2. Your order data (name, address) will be collected, processed and used by us for advertising, market or opinion research purposes. You are of course entitled to object to this use of your data by the seller at any time. If we have received your electronic mailing address in connection with the sale of a good or service, we will use this address for direct marketing of our own similar goods or services. 3. Your order and payment data will be processed and used by us for the purpose of an in-house assessment of payment behavior for further orders.
§ 10 Retention of title
The goods delivered to you remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
§ 11 Final provisions
1. These General Terms and Conditions are subject exclusively to Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. 2. Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective, unenforceable or void, for whatever reason, this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions. 3. Place of jurisdiction is 1010 Vienna. Austrian law applies.
